On Monday, the US Justice Department indicted Gal Luft on 8 counts of different offenses. Luft is a dual US-Israeli citizen who formerly resided in both Maryland and Israel and is now a fugitive.

The announcement by the US Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of New York stated that this was prescribed by Congress and any sentencing would be determined by a judge.

This indictment came one week after Dr. Luft released a 14-minute video to The New York Post with damning allegations against Joe Biden and his family in an international bribery scheme.

According to reports, Luft vanished from Cyprus in April under mysterious circumstances.

Luft was an adviser to CEFC China Energy (CEFC), which has close ties to the Chinese Communist Party, alongside Hunter Biden who allegedly received $5 million in 2017 for energy deals in America as reported by Dr. Luft himself.

In addition, he also claims that he was arrested in Cyprus to prevent him from testifying before the House Oversight Committee due to evidence linking Joe Biden’s family with individuals connected to Chinese military intelligence as well as having an FBI mole who shared classified information with their benefactors at CEFC Energy Company controlled by China.

The indictments against Gal Luft could mean serious repercussions for those involved if found guilty, but only time will tell what will become of these charges and how it will all play out politically speaking given that this involves high-ranking officials within our government today.

There is still much more evidence concerning illegal acts being done by the FBI and DOJ that are intended as defense mechanisms for Joe Biden yet remain undisclosed publicly at this point in time as well as other questions going unanswered such as why did Gal leave Cyprus so suddenly?

Only time will tell how this story plays out but what we do know is that there are indictments filed against whistleblower Gal Luft regarding alleged crimes involving corruption within Joe Biden’s family.

This, along with incriminating evidence pointing towards illegal acts performed by our law enforcement agencies intended for defense purposes could have dire consequences should any of these allegations be proven true down the line when all the facts come to light eventually.

US Attorney Damian Williams announced today the unsealing of an eight-count Indictment “charging GAL LUFT with offenses related to willfully failing to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (“FARA”), arms trafficking, Iranian sanctions violations, and making false statements to federal agents. LUFT, a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen, was arrested on February 17, 2023, in the Republic of Cyprus based on the charges in the Indictment. LUFT subsequently fled after being released on bail while extradition proceedings were pending and remains a fugitive.”

“As alleged, Gal Luft, a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen and co-head of a Maryland think tank, engaged in multiple, serious criminal schemes. He subverted foreign agent registration laws in the United States to seek to promote Chinese policies by acting through a former high-ranking U.S. Government official; he acted as a broker in deals for dangerous weapons and Iranian oil; and he told multiple lies about his crimes to law enforcement. As the charges unsealed today reflect, our Office will continue to work vigorously with our law enforcement partners to detect and hold accountable those who surreptitiously attempt to perpetrate malign foreign influence campaigns here in the United States.”
