It’s no surprise that the leftist media is attacking conservative members of the Supreme Court once again. The Washington Post, a notorious liberal rag, has published an op-ed calling for the shaming of conservative judges in hopes of getting more “moderate” rulings.
In his column, Perry Bacon Jr. claims that America’s judiciary is dominated by conservatives who issue rulings that help corporations, the rich, and the bigoted while hurting working-class people, women, and minorities. He argues that the only way to rein in the “overly conservative judiciary” is through “shaming.”
Bacon suggests that Democratic politicians, left-leaning activist groups, newspaper editorial boards, and other influential people and institutions need to start relentlessly blasting Republican-appointed judges.
He believes that a sustained campaign of condemnation could “chasten” judges toward more moderate opinions.
Bacon even attempted to defuse criticism by stating that he opposes violence and that judges should receive as much scrutiny as elected officials.
However, this strategy of shaming judges could potentially incite another attack on constitutionalist justices, as seen with the Kavanaugh hearings.
It’s ironic that Bacon calls for shaming conservative judges, yet if conservatives levied similar attacks, they would be deemed an attack on “democracy” and an attempted “insurrection.”
This hypocritical behavior from the left-leaning media only shows their disdain for conservative values and their desire to silence opposing viewpoints.
Instead of resorting to bullying tactics, the focus should be on promoting policies that benefit all Americans, regardless of their political affiliation.
The GOP has consistently championed policies that empower working-class people, support small businesses, and protect our constitutional rights.
In conclusion, the left-leaning media’s constant attacks on conservative justices and their push for shaming tactics only serve to further divide our country. We need to focus on policies that promote unity and equality for all Americans.
I’m sure you all remember what happened the last time liber media nuts called for intimidation of the Supreme Court Justices. It’s vile, really. There is no place in a free country for scare tactics over the members of our highest court—It’s a crime, even if the current DOJ wants to look the other way.
