In late August, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. publicly announced his endorsement of Donald Trump for president following a series of private discussions with the former president.
Kennedy stated that his decision was motivated by three key issues: free speech, the conflict in Ukraine, and what he referred to as “the battle for our children.”
These concerns were pivotal in his departure from the Democratic Party to run as an independent, and now they have led him to throw his support behind Trump’s bid for the presidency.
“The three great causes that drove me down to this race in the first place, primarily, these are the principal causes that persuaded me to leave the Democratic Party and run as an independent. Now, to throw my support to President Trump, the causes were free speech, the war in Ukraine, and the war on our children,” Kennedy said.
Ever since making his announcement, Robert Kennedy Jr. has been on a nationwide campaign for President Trump in the United States.
