On Friday, Judge Engoron delivered his ruling in the New York City fraud trial filed by Letitia James against President Trump.

The judge’s decision was outlined in a comprehensive 92-page document.

As part of the verdict, Judge Engoron ordered President Trump to pay a fine exceeding $355 million and imposed a three-year ban within New York City.

Additionally, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump were both instructed to pay substantial fines amounting to millions of dollars.

The trial, reminiscent of a Soviet-style show trial without a jury, lasted for 11 weeks in court. Judge Engoron decided to delay the verdict until mid-February after questioning possible perjury by Trump Org. CFO Allen Weisselberg at the last minute.

It was evident that there was bias involved.

Engoron had already declared that Trump committed fraud and ordered the dissolution of his New York businesses. However, this decision was temporarily halted by the New York appellate court.

Let’s not forget that radical Marxist New York Attorney General Letitia James demanded $370 million in ‘damages’ for a fraud case where there is no clear victim.

She also aimed to prohibit Trump and his sons from conducting any business activities in New York, accusing him of inflating assets and defrauding lenders and insurance companies.

Initially, James sought $250 million in damages from Trump but later increased the amount. Furthermore, she wanted to impose a lifetime ban on him from the real estate industry.

In November, a Deutsche Bank executive testified that it is “unusual but not entirely uncommon” to lower a client’s asset values and still approve their loan; this executive had been involved in approving one of Trump’s loans.
