A recent explosive report from Fox News has exposed a shocking revelation about the J6 Committee’s actions.

It has come to light that they clandestinely deleted over 100 pieces of potentially crucial evidence just before the GOP was poised to take control of the House of Representatives following their narrow victory in 2022.

According to Fox News, the House Administration Committee’s Oversight Subcommittee, helmed by Chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga), is currently spearheading an investigation into the events of January 6, 2021.

Their focus lies on scrutinizing the security failures that occurred on that fateful day and examining the actions taken by the former select committee responsible for investigating the Capitol riot.

The former J6 Select Committee, chaired by Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS), was legally obligated to surrender all documents related to its investigation to the new panel led by Republicans.

Thompson had assured Loudermilk that he would provide four terabytes of archived data as part of this handover process. However, it has now been revealed that Thompson deceived his counterparts.

The GOP-led panel ultimately received less than half of what was promised. Shockingly, on January 1, 2023, just before the commencement of the new Congress on January 3rd, a total of 117 encrypted files were deliberately erased by this corrupt committee.

Fox News has reported that Congressman Loudermilk’s committee had to hire a digital forensics team to scrape hard drives and recover information that was not initially provided. However, despite the recovery of the data, they are still unable to access it due to lack of answers and passwords.

]In a letter to Thompson, Loudermilk requested a list of passwords for all password-protected files created by the Select Committee. This would allow the committee to properly archive and access these files.

Loudermilk also wrote letters to the White House general counsel and Department of Homeland Security general counsel, asking for unedited and unredacted transcripts of testimony given by these institutions to the former select committee.

These transcripts exist but were never handed over to the J6 Select Committee.

According to Loudermilk, he has set a deadline of January 24 for both the White House and DHS to comply with his demand.

It’s obvious that Pelosi’s Select Committee went to great lengths to prevent Americans from seeing certain documents produced in their investigation. It also appears that Bennie Thompson and Liz Cheney intended to obstruct our Subcommittee by failing to preserve critical information and videos as required by House rules.

The American people deserve to know the full truth, and Speaker Johnson has empowered me to use all tools necessary to recover these documents to get the truth, and I will.

According to Julie Kelly, the actions taken by the J6 committee demonstrate clear obstruction and contempt for Congress. Additionally, she highlights that evidence is being withheld because it would undermine the narrative surrounding the events of that significant day.

If any average American or GOP member of Congress engaged in such behavior, they would likely face a lengthy prison sentence. However, the standards and consequences appear to be different for Democrats.
