Hunter Biden was able to view Top Secret/SCI materials belonging to then-Vice President Joe Biden, which included national defense information regarding US troop deployment, while he was vacationing in Nantucket.

According to Paul Sperry, during this time, Hunter engaged in influence-peddling with China and had access to sensitive documents left out in the open, receiving daily intelligence briefings.

Last year, The Gateway Pundit (TGP) published a report indicating that Hunter Biden may have received classified information from his father, Joe Biden, regarding Ukraine, and subsequently shared this information with his business associate, Devon Archer, via email.

Emails discovered from the “Laptop from Hell” reveal that Hunter Biden sent a comprehensive email to his business partner Devon Archer regarding Ukraine on April 13, 2014. This communication occurred shortly before Joe Biden’s visit to Ukraine to meet with then-Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, suggesting that Hunter may have shared information obtained from his father or from classified sources.

“A curiously well-informed email about Ukraine, Russia and the UK on Hunter Biden’s laptop is a thread that links the President’s classified documents scandal to the Delaware federal investigation into his son’s foreign business dealings.” – the New York Post’s Miranda Devine wrote.

Joe Biden is accused of improperly handling SCIF-designated classified documents by storing them in various unsecured locations such as the Penn Biden Center, his Delaware garage, his Virginia rental home, and his lawyer’s Boston office.

Special Counsel Robert Hur revealed that more than 600 pages of these highly sensitive documents were kept in unlocked drawers and closets at the Penn Biden Center, as well as in dilapidated boxes in the Delaware garage where they could be easily accessed by Hunter Biden.

The FBI identified numerous folders, including many labeled “EYES ONLY VPOTUS” which contained highly classified material related to intelligence sources and methods.

“Mr. Biden’s office did not lock,” Hur said in his 345-page report, “and the adjoining outer office where Mr. Biden’s executive assistant maintained his files was always accessible through Mr. Biden’s office.” In a footnote, Hur added that “the Vice President’s office could only be locked from the inside using a panic button.”

People from various backgrounds, including potentially dangerous individuals from China and Ukraine, were able to obtain classified documents at the Penn Biden Center.

The security measures at the center were inadequate, as visitors in 2019 no longer required a key fob or escort to access the floor where the sensitive documents were kept.

A report by Robert Hur revealed that visitor logs from 2017 to 2021 had been deleted by the center’s security team, making it impossible to determine who had accessed Biden’s unsecured classified materials.

Despite these lapses in security and potential breaches of classified information, no charges were brought against Biden or his associates for obstruction or conspiracy, in contrast to actions taken against some of Trump’s aides.
