A highly disturbing story broke in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, where police say a woman stabbed her boyfriend multiple times with a word. The woman appeared in court, Monday, but at the time of this article, her plea had not been published.
I’m not sure it matters, though. You see, 32-year-old Brittany Wilson called the police on herself. She admitted to stabbing her boyfriend and later reportedly told police that she was trying to free the souls trapped inside him.
Police say they found Wilson in the doorway of the home she shared with her boyfriend. The reports show that the swords used to kill him were just laying in the front yard. Both the sword and the woman appeared to be covered in blood.
According to Kansas AP, “After officers arrested Wilson, they went inside the home and found her boyfriend, 34-year-old Harrison Stephen Foster, dead with several fresh stab wounds.
Wilson told police that she and Foster had taken methamphetamine earlier in the day. She also told investigators that she believed Foster had several other entities living in his body, and she was setting him free by stabbing him.

Wilson was being held Sunday in lieu of $2 million bond. She has been charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action. It was not immediately known if Wilson had an attorney to speak on her behalf.”
Police shared Wilson’s booking photo and I found it to be more than a little disturbing. Wilson, seen in a county orange jumpsuit, smiled widely for the camera. Not in a psychotic way or distressed, like someone who just killed her boyfriend. To me, she smiled like a kid posing for school photos.
