Washington Post Slams Joe Biden With ‘Four Pinocchios’ For Lying About New Georgia Voting Law

On Tuesday, Glenn Kessler, a Washington Post fact-checker, hit President Joe Biden with Four Pinocchios, which is the worst rating they give out for telling blatant lies, over a bald-faced lie he repeated about the new Georgia voting law.

The left constantly accused Donald Trump of lying, but he had nothing on Joe Biden, who spent nearly 50 years of constant lying as a politician in Washington, DC. Until now, one of his most blatant lies was that Donald Trump during his Charlottesville speech referred to neo-nazis and white nationalists as “very fine people” even though he never said that. Biden even continued to repeat that lie over and over during the 2020 campaign after he was notified that Trump condemned both hate groups during the same speech. Lying comes very easily to Joe Biden, but he’s just not very good at it.

Many leftist Democrat politicians, including Joe Biden, have blatantly lied about the new law that sets out to secure elections in the state by requiring photo ID for absentee voting and creating secure drop box locations, among other things, as being designed for the sole purpose of making it harder for people to vote. Anytime someone comes along who wants to take out fraud and abuse from election laws, the Democrats immediately scream, rant, and rave that there’s voter suppression going on. I would say using a voting system to switch votes and to add fraudulent votes to one candidate over another is actual voter suppression but trying to remove dead people and people who moved out of the state from voter rolls is not voter suppression, it’s just taking away chances for Democrats to use their registrations to cheat. There is a huge story that is brewing right now in Georgia over the 2020 election results that I will tell you about the minute I am given permission. It’s a game-changer.

Biden had the gall to mischaracterize the Georgia election law during his first press conference since being elected. Using his classic bullschtein demeanor, Biden called the legislation “sick” and maintained that it prevents working people from voting because the state will now close off voting hours after 5 pm on Election Day.

“What I’m worried about is how un-American this whole initiative is. It’s sick. It’s sick … deciding that you’re going to end voting at five o’clock when working people are just getting off work,” Biden said. What’s sick is stealing an election and continuing to support the tactics Democrats have used for years, Joe.

The next day after Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, a Republican, signed the bill into law, Biden said, “Among the outrageous parts of this new state law, it ends voting hours early so working people can’t cast their vote after their shift is over.”

A day later, when responding to Georgia Republican Gov. Brian Kemp signing the bill into law, Biden’s handlers wrote in a statement, “Among the outrageous parts of this new state law, it ends voting hours early so working people can’t cast their vote after their shift is over.”

Kessler wrote in a fact-check that Biden’s handlers lied about that because Kessler found that the law has no such restrictions on voting in it. The law says that Election Day voting hours go from 7 am to 7 pm. In fact, the law expands voting hours and days for early voting.

“So where would Biden get this perception that ordinary workers were getting the shaft because the state would ‘end voting at five o’clock?” Kessler wrote and then continued by blasting Biden for blatantly misinforming the American people about the new Georgia law:

One could understand a flub in a news conference. But then this same claim popped up in an official presidential statement. Not a single expert we consulted who has studied the law understood why Biden made this claim, as this was the section of law that expanded early voting for many Georgians.

Somehow Biden managed to turn that expansion into a restriction aimed at working people, calling it “among the outrageous parts” of the law. There’s no evidence that is the case. The president earns Four Pinocchios.

Kessler explained that Four Pinocchios is considered a “whopper” of a lie.
