After thousands of dollars spent, the Democrats were unable to prove that President Trump colluded with Russia.  Now, Trump believes his alleged sexual misconduct is the next attempt to impeach him.

In a tweet this morning, the president says that he hasn’t even met some of the women.

In particular, President Trump called out Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.).  On Monday, Gillibrand demanded that Trump should resign over the allegations.  This is not the first time that Democrats have tried to pin sexual misconduct on Trump.

CNN quoted:

President Trump has committed assault, according to these women, and those are very credible allegations of misconduct and criminal activity.  He should be fully investigated and he should resign.

Meanwhile, Trump called the New York senator a “total flunky” that begged for campaign contributions from both him and the Clintons.

The tweet was seen by many as suggestive.  Particularly, saying that Gillibrand would “do anything” for campaign contributions.  Several Democrats came forward and accused the president of trying to “slut-shame” Gillibrand.

MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski is no stranger to Trump’s slams.  She called the attack derogatory and disgusting.

From this morning:

I just want to say something, beyond the fact that is reprehensible that the President of the United States would say something so derogatory and disgusting about a woman. We’re not surprised Mr. President, you do it all the time. You treat women terribly, and you treat the women around you even worse. You treat women like punching bags because it’s fun for you because you are intimidated by women. That’s your problem, okay. But to the people who work for you, you need to act. Sarah Huckabee Sanders: good luck today in the briefing. Don’t lie. And do not defend the President of the United States for what he did. If you do, you have no — you should resign.

Former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson also said she was confused about the tweet.
