It’s official – public schools are no longer about learning how to read, write, and do math. The new priorities for public schools are CRT and Transgenderism. Parents across the country are outraged at this blatant disregard for traditional education values.
CRT stands for Critical Race Theory, which has been gaining traction in recent years. It focuses on the idea of systemic racism and encourages people to think of themselves on racial lines. It also teaches that there is an inherent power imbalance between different races, regardless of individual socio-economic status or achievements. Additionally, it promotes the idea that any sort of success one person may have achieved can only be attributed to their race or ethnicity rather than their hard work and dedication.
Meanwhile, trans-genderism is being taught in public schools as well. This includes lessons on gender identity as well as teaching kids that they can choose whatever gender they want to identify with regardless of what sex they were born with. This type of teaching has caused a lot of push back from parents who believe children should learn more traditional values in school such as reading, writing, mathematics, science and history instead of focusing on these alternative topics.
These radical new policies have left many parents fuming over what is happening in our public schools today. They feel strongly that more attention should be given to core educational subjects instead of allowing this kind of agenda to take precedence over basic academic skills like reading and arithmetic. With so much focus being placed on these controversial topics while important educational basics get pushed aside, it’s easy to see why parents are so upset about the current state of affairs when it comes to our public school system!
The government needs to get its sticky hands out of public education and allow teachers to do the job they trained for. Nowadays parents are becoming too afraid to speak out against woke ideologies for fear of being falsely labeled’ extremists’ and bigots.
