More details emerging about the Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania are painting a damning picture of the Secret Service’s handling of the event.
Senator Josh Hawley recently received alarming information from a Secret Service whistleblower, revealing that the agency headquarters explicitly instructed agents not to seek additional manpower for the event, as such requests would be swiftly denied.
This raises serious concerns about whether the senior staff at the Secret Service had any intention to ensure President Trump’s safety. It’s now difficult to see how he can have confidence in the agency moving forward.

Below is the entire letter from Hawley containing the full details of the betrayal:
Hawley has pointed out that Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe falsely claimed before Congress that no resources were ever withheld, which indicates he lied and attempted to conceal the agency’s involvement in the incident.
Earlier this month, Hawley revealed another shocking revelation about Rowe: He had personally ordered funding cuts for Secret Service Agents responsible for threat assessments at events, increasing the risk of a potential attacker slipping through and carrying out acts of terrorism such as an attempted assassination.
Furthermore, only a portion of the agents responsible for threat assessments were present in Butler to protect Trump, and some of them had been aware of these issues for months.
During a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania last month, President Trump was nearly assassinated by a 20-year-old Democrat donor named Thomas Matthew Crooks.
To make matters worse, it has been discovered that if former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, who supports diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, had provided proper security for Trump at the rally and allowed agents to guard the roof from which Crooks shot, the incident could have been prevented.
Additionally, another individual was apprehended yesterday after making threats to kill Trump.
