In the United States, we are supposed to have a justice system that is fair and impartial. Sadly, the Democrats have been weaponizing the justice system to punish their political rivals, as evidenced by their weak case against former President Trump brought by New York D.A. Alvin Bragg.
Both sides have criticized Bragg because the case has shaped up to be another joke and waste of time created by the left. Even never-Trumper RINO Mitt Romney mocked Democrats’ efforts.
Fox New, who vowed to not support Trump in a 2024 bid is now on board with mocking Democrats for their pathetic attempt to kick up drama for the former president.
Alvin Bragg is a laughingstock. He doesn’t even have a case against the former President and he’s wasting millions on this circus- all based on a disbarred, disgraced lawyer and an adult film star. And now Alvin Bragg is putting Donald Trump’s life in danger. pic.twitter.com/Mk4DQC5TY5

On Wednesday’s edition of ABC’s The View, the cackling coven of hosts attempted to defend the indefensible by grasping at paper straws and redefining the term “weak”.
Moderator Whoopi Goldberg begrudgingly admitted that “a lot of Republicans are calling this politically motivated” and that “some people on both sides of the aisle say the case is weak.” She then tried to downplay its weakness by asking, “Isn’t this what you supposed to do? You’re supposed to bring the case and then you have to prove it. Isn’t that the job?”
Racist co-host Sunny Hostin ignorantly responded that the case against Trump was one of the D.A. office’s “bread and butter cases” and that it would be “easy to prove” because of Trump’s “distinct handwriting.” She even boasted that she got out of the anti-trust division when she was a prosecutor because the cases were “so easy.”
Joy Behar then suggested that perhaps people were simply suggesting the case didn’t stack up to stronger cases “coming down the pike.” Sara Haines argued that “it wasn’t a weak case” but rather “a grey-area case.”
At one point, Hostin whined that people were trying to “diminish the importance of this case” by pointing out its clear weaknesses. But there is no getting around the fact that Bragg is reaching because state election laws don’t apply to federal elections.
WILL D.A. BRAGG'S CASE AGAINST TRUMP HOLD UP IN COURT? After former Pres. Trump plead not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records and then aired a litany of grievances in his post-arraignment remarks, #TheView co-hosts react. https://t.co/cVclFZQmjA pic.twitter.com/8JD3dBu0OR

It is outrageous that the Democrats are using the justice system to weaponize against their political opponents. The weak case against Trump is the perfect example of this. It is a clear violation of our justice system and our right to a fair trial. We must demand that the Democrats stop using the justice system to settle political scores, and that our justice system remains impartial and fair.
