The Department of Justice’s Lack of Action on Evidence Linking Then-Vice President Joe Biden to Alleged Bribery Scheme is Unacceptable

It is highly concerning that the Department of Justice (DOJ) refused to act on evidence indicating then-Vice President Joe Biden may have taken bribes while in office, despite having access to the information years ago.

This lack of action from the DOJ raises serious questions about whether or not those in power are safe from legal repercussions for their actions. To make matters even worse, one key witness to this bribery scheme appears to have died under suspicious circumstances.

Rudy Giuliani, a former U.S. attorney who served as New York City’s mayor during the September 11th terrorist attacks and was also serving as a top lawyer for then-President Donald Trump, spoke with Newsmax last week about this issue and provided some disturbing details.

Giuliani stated that he had given the DOJ information three years ago regarding an alleged $10 million bribe taken by Biden from Ukrainian Mykola Zlochevsky, but no follow-up was conducted by the agency at all.

He went on to say he provided them with a female witness who had been “the chief accountant at this crooked company” and “willing to give up all offshore bank accounts including the Bidens,” although it seems she may have been under threat of death due to her willingness to speak out against what she knew.

“Well, of course, that’s the most ridiculous, idiotic statement to make on a day in which we find out that the Bidens took a $10 million bribe from a Ukrainian Mykola Zlochevsky, which I could have told you, you know, and did tell [the DOJ] three years ago,” Guiliani said.

“And they followed up on none of the evidence I gave them. They were hoping that people would disappear or die. It’s extraordinary,” he added.

He then said that he gave the Justice Dept. “one witness … who is a woman, who is the chief accountant at this crooked company, Burisma.”

“She was the wife of the former owner, who died under suspicious circumstances. And she was willing to give up all of the offshore bank accounts, including the Bidens. And she’s supervised the transfer of a lot more cash to the Bidens and other crooked politicians for Burisma,” the former mayor said.

This news comes shortly after special counsel Jack Smith released an indictment against Trump for 37 counts related to his handling of classified documents – wherein Smith made a statement claiming there is only one system of laws in America that applies equally to everyone – which Giuliani called an “idiotic statement” considering the lack of action taken on him providing evidence surrounding Biden’s alleged bribery scheme years prior.

Following his remarks, House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chair James Comer (R-Ky.) and ranking member Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) reviewed an FBI informant file regarding these claims; Raskin claimed federal investigators had conducted a preliminary review in 2020 but had not pursued any subsequent actions though Comer revealed that according to Barr, the investigation is still ongoing.

Victor Shokin, Ukraine’s former chief prosecutor previously identified a document he said Americans should “demand” that allegedly proves beyond any doubt that Biden is corrupt,

Chanel Rion re-posted a 2019 interview between her and Shokin where he explains these allegations further. The video clip shows Biden explaining how when he served as Barack Obama’s vice president he threatened Petro Poroshenko with withholding $1 billion in aid if Shokin wasn’t fired from being Prosecutor General.

Democrats charged Trump engaged in similar behavior when they impeached him for allegedly threatening military aid unless Zelensky assisted in investigating Hunter Biden’s dealings with Burisma Holding Company – where Hunter allegedly made around $50 thousand dollars each month while sitting on its board despite having no experience within energy production whatsoever – all during his father’s time as Vice President under Obama’s administration.

Biden was subsequently seen in a video clip that surfaced explaining that he, as VP, actually threatened to withhold $1 billion in aid from then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko unless he fired then-Prosecutor General Shokin.

In the interview with Rion, Shokin said that the transcript of a phone call between Biden and Poroshenko would allegedly prove he was using a quid pro quo bribe to force the Ukrainians to halt a corruption investigation into a company his son was serving on as a board member for a reported $50,000 a month.
