Welcome to Commifornia, where we will throw you in prison for not using the correct pronouns while addressing mentally disabled people.
You read the headline correctly. A bill proposed in the California state senate aims to throw your ass behind bars if you use the incorrect pronouns when addressing a transgender person. Let me say that one more time just to make sure that you understand what I’m saying:
“A bill proposed in the California state senate aims to throw your ass behind bars if you use the incorrect pronouns when addressing a transgender person.”
State Senator, Scott Weiner ( D- San Francisco ) proposed the bill. That doesn’t surprise me coming from someone who lives in San Francisco. Apparently, you’re not allowed freedom of speech in Commiefornia. Isn’t’ that great? The politically correct SJW’S are out of control.
By the looks of this photo, Weiner looks like he’s high on something other than the Bay Area. Watchdog Files can not confirm, or deny those allegations.
As a gay man, I believe that Transgenderism is a mental disorder, and should be treated as such. Trans people are constantly depressed and require constant medical attention and counseling.
President Trump did the right thing by banning Trans people from the military. Trans people ( like I said before ) are constantly depressed, and highly suicidal. That being said, why would you put a gun in their hand, and send them off to battle? With that information alone would make me scared to serve next to a Trans man or woman.
Enough about the fantastic trans ban. Back to this idiot.
Senator Weiner who labels himself as a Progressive Democrat feels it’s socially acceptable to jail people for using the wrong pronoun. That’s 110% pure fascism folks. I’m sure he’s a never Trumper, and a supporter of Antifa, and Black Lives Matter. You be the judge on the content of this guys character. For me. Typical dumbass liberal.
The bill is sponsored by Equality California and penned by Senator Scott Wiener of San Francisco, notes CBN.
Opponents of the bill (or, people who’ve read the Constitution) are arguing that the compelled speech is an infringement on the First Amendment.
“How can you believe in free speech, but think the government can compel people to use certain pronouns when talking to others?” asks Greg Burt of California Family Council. “Compelled speech is not free speech. Can the government compel a newspaper to use certain pronouns that aren’t even in the dictionary? Of course not, or is that coming next?”
“Those proposing this bill are saying, ‘If you disagree with me about my view of gender, you are discriminating against me,'” he continued. “This is not tolerance. This is not love. This is not mutual respect. True tolerance tolerates people with different views. We need to treat each other with respect, but respect is a two-way street. It is not respectful to threaten people with punishment for having sincerely held beliefs that differ from your own.”
