Prosecutors in the Georgia election subversion case against former President Donald Trump have listed former Vice President Mike Pence as a potential witness for the trial, according to multiple sources familiar with court documents that remain under seal.

Although Pence has previously appeared before a federal grand jury as part of special counsel Jack Smith’s probe into Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election, he has not been considered a major component of criminal proceedings in Georgia.

The witness list submitted by Fulton County prosecutors is confidential and sources told CNN that it contains up to 150 names, including Pence.

Kenneth Chesebro, one of four co-defendants in the RICO case against Donald Trump, entered into a plea deal with Fani Willis in October.

As jury selection was underway, Chesebro opted to accept reduced charges and avoid prison time.

The agreement includes paying a $5,000 fine, serving 5 years probation and 100 hours of community service, writing an apology letter and testifying.

Additionally, Sidney Powell and Scott Hall pleaded guilty to lesser charges due to Willis not having sufficient evidence for her RICO case.

In October of 2020, Jenna Ellis, former attorney for Donald Trump, entered a plea of guilty to one count of aiding and abetting false statements and writings in Fani Willis’ Georgia election case.

This plea agreement was made in exchange for reduced charges. Ellis is the fourth co-defendant and third attorney to plead guilty in this case, though none have pleaded guilty to RICO charges.

As part of her plea deal, Ellis was sentenced to five years probation with the requirement that she pay a $5,000 fine and complete 100 hours of community service.

In addition, she must write an apology letter to the people of Georgia as part of her sentence.
