The Beverly Hills estate where Kris Humphries proposed to Kim Kardashian on camera in 2011 is back on the market, listed at $8.49 million.
The gated Tuscan-style home sits in the Beverly Crest neighborhood and spans 4,027 square feet with five bedrooms on roughly half an acre. Kardashian bought the property in 2010 for $3.4 million, and it became a regular set piece on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
The home’s most-watched moment came when Humphries proposed in Kardashian’s bedroom, spelling out “Will you marry me?” in red rose petals surrounded by heart-shaped candle arrangements. The couple married in a televised ceremony in August 2011. Kardashian filed for divorce 72 days later.
Kardashian sold the house in 2013 for about $3.6 million as her relationship with Kanye West developed. It changed hands again in September 2024 for $5.12 million. The new $8.49 million asking price is roughly $3.4 million, or nearly 66 percent, above that last sale.
Designer Sebastian Zuchowicki has since overseen a full interior overhaul, replacing the dark Kardashian-era decor and the glam room that lingered after she moved out with a brighter, contemporary look that mixes traditional architectural details with modern finishes.
The double-height entry foyer leads into formal living and dining rooms, each with a fireplace and French doors to the grounds. A chef’s kitchen connects to a breakfast room and lounge through a double-sided fireplace, and the house has a dedicated home theater. The upstairs primary suite includes a fireside sitting area, two walk-in closets and a bathroom finished in Italian tile with a soaking tub.
Outside, the property has a swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, a covered lounge with a fireplace, an elevated sun terrace, and a gazebo and cabana equipped with televisions, a bathroom and a fire pit.
Jack Harris and Michael Fahimian of the Beverly Hills Estates are marketing the listing.
The home joins a string of houses tied to failed celebrity marriages that have recently come up for sale, including properties once owned by Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, and by Jessica Alba and Cash Warren.
