Biden has put forward a significant proposal to revamp the Supreme Court as an independent and equitable branch of government.
There are claims that Biden and Harris are seeking to enlarge and manipulate the Supreme Court with individuals holding radical Marxist views.

Biden was asked by a reporter about Speaker Johnson’s comment, and his response seemed to contain a threat towards Speaker Johnson.
