Heidi Klum, 53, posted a topless photo on Instagram this week showing her lounging poolside in black bikini bottoms, with her dog beside her and a grass field and pool visible in the background.
“It’s hot in LA,” Klum captioned the photo.
Commenters piled on with praise, calling her the “greatest super model to ever do it” and “Absolutely smoking hot.” One fan told her she’s “making it hotter” in Los Angeles, while another said the city is “especially” hot “with you there!”
This isn’t a new habit for the German supermodel. She previously posted a photo standing outside in semi-sheer white underwear and a multicolored shawl that left much of her torso exposed. In December 2025, she was photographed walking topless on a St. Barts beach with her husband, Tom Kaulitz.
Klum told Fox News Digital in August 2024 that her comfort with public nudity comes from her upbringing in Europe.
“I grew up… with a lot of nudity… on the beach… for me, this is no big deal,” she said. “It’s just a very common thing… it’s not like I’m doing something, ‘Oh, this is so out of line.’ And I always go to a beach when there’s not a lot of people there… I feel like I’m not… hurting anyone’s feelings.”
Separately, Klum is preparing for the 25th anniversary of her annual Halloween party, where she’s known for elaborate costumes — past looks have included Medusa, E.T., an earthworm and Princess Fiona from “Shrek.”
Speaking to People earlier this month, the “Germany’s Next Top Model” host teased this year’s costume without giving too much away.
“All I can say is that we’re going bigger than ever,” she said, adding she “can’t wait to celebrate” the “very special milestone” with everyone. “I can’t say too much yet, but I can tell you that this year’s costume is going to be much bloodier than in years past. I always love finding a way to surprise people, so I think this one will definitely be gory and get a reaction!”
