Georgia GOP Tells Coca-Cola To Remove Products From Their Offices After Lying About the New Voting Law

A number of Republican Georgia lawmakers want to see Coca-Cola products removed from their offices after the corporation caved to the Woke Supremacy and joined the chorus of liars speaking out against Georgia’s new election law.

In a letter to Georgia Beverage Association president Kevin Perry, eight members of the Georgia House of Representatives Victor Anderson, Matt Barton, Clint Crowe, Stan Gunter, Dewayne Hill, Jason Ridley, Lauren McDonald III, and Marcus Wiedower slammed Coca-Cola for apparently not ever reading the Georgia law.

“Given Coke’s choice to cave to the pressure of an out-of-control cancel culture, we respectfully request all Coca-Cola Company products be removed from our office suite immediately,” they told the company. “Should Coke choose to read the bill, share its true intentions and accept their role in the dissemination of mistruths, we would welcome a conversation to rebuild a working relationship.”

That’s a really fair way of going about this. Coca-Cola obviously did not read the new law. They just caved to Cancel Culture out of fear of being attacked themselves with boycotts. Had they read the bill and said to the Cancel Culture mob, “screw you, there’s nothing racist in the bill,” it would have turned a boycott into a buycott, the same way it happened for Chic-fil-A and Goya.

Coca-Cola said in a statement that it had been working with the Metro Atlanta Chamber in “expressing our concerns and advocating for positive change in voting legislation. We, along with our business coalition partners, sought improvements that would enhance accessibility, maximize voter participation, maintain election integrity and serve all Georgians.”

Now that it has been pointed out that there is nothing racist or going backward in the new Georgia voting law, Coca-Cola company looks like the south end of a northbound horse. The fact of the matter is the new Georgia law expands the time to be able to vote and adds many new ways to access voting, despite the lies told by president Joe Biden who got Four Pinocchios from the Washington Post for lying about the new law.

Coca-Cola said that it would continue to advocate for its position on voting issues in Georgia. Apparently not, because they are siding against Republicans who did the exact opposite of what the Woke corporate office said they did with the new law. There is nothing of the kind of lies the Democrats have told about it.

“We will continue to identify opportunities for engagement and strive for improvements aimed at promoting and protecting the right to vote in our home state and elsewhere,” the company said. Bullschtein.

The corporate officers of the company may or may not know it, but the real problem Democrats have with the bill is voter ID. So, Coca-Cola wants to go on record of being a company that requires a valid ID to get into their annual shareholder’s meeting but not to vote for people who will run the government.

Coca-Cola CEO James Quincey publicly attacked Georgia Republican Governor Brian Kemp for recently signing the bill into law declaring as “unacceptable” and “a step backwards.” Backward would have been to allow the voter fraud loopholes to remain. Backward would have been to shorten the hours for polls to be open on Election Day instead of increasing them, which is what the Republicans actually did.

The legislation expands early voting, weekend early voting, and extends deadlines for absentee ballot requests. It also creates a state-wide voter ID absentee voting requirement and restricts ballot dropbox usage.

“Let me be crystal clear and unequivocal, this legislation is unacceptable, it is a step backward and it does not promote principles we have stood for in Georgia, around broad access to voting, around voter convenience, about ensuring election integrity, and this is frankly just a step backwards,” Quincey said.

I would just like to know who the hell does Quincy and Coca-Cola think they are to have a corporation try to interfere with our democratic process? Who do they think they are? They should keep their noses out of politics and stick to creating a soft drink that is incredibly dangerous to our health.

According to the CDC, there are 37 grams of added sugar, which equates to almost 10 teaspoons (tsp), in a single can of Coca-Cola. “TRAIN LEAVING FOR DIABETESVILLE! ALL ABOARD!”

For optimal health, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends taking in no more than 6 tsp of added sugar daily. By drinking just one serving of Coca-Cola a day, you will easily exceed that amount.

According to Medical News Today, an infographic by the British pharmacist, Niraj Naik shows the damage that a 330 milliliter (ml) can of Coca-Cola can inflict on the body within an hour of drinking it. Naik used research done by health writer Wade Meredith for the infographic.

According to the research, the intense amount of high sugar content that is put into Coca-Cola to get its sweetness will make a person vomit as soon as they drink it. Wanna know why you don’t throw up? Because the corporation was kind enough to add the phosphoric acid to the soda in order to dull the sweetness to enable people to keep it down. Now that you know this, will you ever drink another Coca-Cola? Read all of the bad effects on the human body here.

Charlie Lefever

No more Coke for me & family.

Ray Copeland

First coke lets the thugs take their vanilla coke off the market, then this, I’ll never buy any more of their products.

Ray Copeland

But not a word said about the black cherry coke, people are not too smart, letting BLM and all these freeloaders thugs get away with murder, all I can say that they haven’t run across the right person because I will drop them.

Letha Fisher

So will I.

Ben

Why do comapnies want to get into politics and have half of their custonmers hate them (seeing that the natyion is divided)?

VFWmember

Exactly Ben ….spot on. Corps need to pull their heads out and keep their dam noses out of politics. Period.

tunamister

WE can thank , ‘obozo’ & Demon-RATZ Congress for passing the corperations are people act..!!.. Another COMMIE LAW PASSED BY THE DEMON-RATZ PARTY OF COMMIES..!!

TheTruth

Ben and ALL others.
Go watch Glenn Beck’s shows on the Great Reset and ESG scores.
It will answer your question, about why these companies are doing this.

Coke, like may other companies and corporations are positioning themselves, for the system that is coming. One where they will get “Equity, Social justice and Governance scores”…ESG.
Everyone one has an ESG score now, even you. These have been in the works, behind the scenes for years.
Companies with low ESG scores may find that they no longer have access to capital and finance services, from global banks.

The public’s opinion of a company will matter less and less, because YOU will not be, where they are getting their money from.
Sounds crazy I know, but it is written in the plans of the World Economic Forum and it’s coming.

By all means don’t buy coke (and look up ALL the products they make money from).
However, at the same time, educate yourself, about what is really going on and why these companies are making the moves that they are.

Ben

This new election law makes Georgia have more access to voting.

ElenaMar

And with honest voting. The rules that Georgia is putting through are commendable and I would sincerely hope that other states join them.

tunamister

they SHOULD HAVE MADE THEN A LITTLE BETTER..!!.. Dem-0-commies are flocking there to VIOLATED AMERICANS VOTING RIGHTS,.!!!

tunamister

voter ID… YEEEEEHAAAAAAAA…..

Michael Hughes

Now, if the situations were reversed, Coca-Cola and their liberal “friends” would be demanding that every conservative person be horse-whipped, at least!

John Lloyd Scharf

I have never liked Coke. Even before I became diabetic, it used to make me sick. It tastes like the stuff they make you drink to see if you are insulin resistant. My thought is we should just boycott it because floor wax likely is better for you.

Robert Kane

I agree, at least the floor wax could give you a “shiny outlook” on life, whereas Coke just eats away at your stomach lining and provides another customer to Big Pharma for diabetes medicine for life.

Keith

Since I found out what it does to battery acid, I quit it asap.

ElenaMar

That’s a good one, John Lloyd Scharf. Never did like Coke, and I did hear they use it to clean the car batteries. Pretty potent stuff.

Robert Kane

It would seem that Coke’s CEO is still drinking the original formula containing cocaine, it’s no wonder he’s so demented.

James Walsh

You just went and did it. Got political. Get the hell out of my politics. I am making my statement to you by not buying your products anymore.
Are you getting My message?

Don Atkinson

I am adding Coke to the list of woke corporations whose products I will not buy.
Nike, MLB, and Big Tech are on that list and many others. Don’t they know the vast majority of their products are bought by us “white supremacists”?

Denise Andros

There are so many alternatives to Coke and to Coke products that we can easily avoid them . Coke will survive regardless of their United States operations, they are truly an international company; one which lacks any loyalty to their home country.
That said, we can still put a huge dent into their profits.
Normally, I’m a devout Capitalist and so don’t promote boycotts, however, when a company or a franchise throw themselves into the political fray then the gloves are off!

Keith

It’s not bad enough they stick their noses into politics, but they lie and keep sleepy joe’s lies alive. Disgusting.

AndrewZ

The GOP should remove Coke from all of their offices nation wide over this. It is time to start playing this game by the same rules as the democrats

Chris Wolf

How stupid can a company board of directors be?? Good Lord! They want us to have a vaccine passport to travel, but theyll allow people vote without an ID? It’s about time we fight back and boycott the crap out of these companies and their products. My recommendation is simple: Boycott ALL liberal leaning businesses. Apple, Amazon, Facebook, Google (youtube), and Twitter, plus Coke and MLB. Use an add blocker on social media. Don’t watch television, professional or college sports, music, movies, and buy products from companies that advertise on them. This has to end. These powerful companies are taking over our country. We need to take it back.

ElenaMar

I’m with you on that. You need to show I.D. to deposit money into your own checking account, to take a book out from the library, to purchase any big items, so what the heck is the problem for showing I.D. for one of the greatest privileges we have – to vote. I have no problem whatsoever in showing I.D. Always have my voting card and driver’s license ready to show the crew working on election day. It is one of the greatest privileges we have – to vote – and it better darn be done the way it has been over the years.

ART

Engage brain before opening mouth, Coca Cola, Delta Airlines and Major League Baseball management all failed to read the bill before they took the action they did, how stupid can
you be, you listen to one side, form an opinion and then run with it. Really stupid way to go.
They can all go to hell as far as I’m concerned, they should have remained neutral since they
obviously can’t see the truth when its right in front of their nose. I’m boycotting these companies,
and any company that serves Coke products, I told my local McDonald’s to switch to Pepsi only
then will I return. I can live without any of them, how about you ? Notify your U.S. Senators that
you support positive voter ID, and oppose SB 1. Before you know it, we’ll have AOC replace Nancy
PALOUSY….a joke and a choke. Time to wake up AMERICA !

Anony Mous

Actually, they should require that all Coca Cola products and any of their OTHER branded products be removed from ALL of Georgia’s publicly accessible buildings, parks, etc. INCLUDING any sports/entertainment venues that sell any of them that receive any form of tax benefits from the State’s taxpayers or on which the State still holds paper (ownership/partnership interest).
Might go so far as to have the State’s Health Department do a deep-dive study into the short and long term health issues that may result from using ANY Coca Cola products. If ANY negative results show up, ban their products sale in the State.

ElenaMar

Great post. We should not only boycott the MLB, Coca-Cola and all those companies going against the Governor for making voting more honest. We should also keep in mind to patronize those who agree with the new rules: Wal-mart, Comcast, AT&T, United Health, Verizon, GM and Pfizer are among them. We must notify our senators of our stance in an attempt to have other states follow Georgia’s footsteps.

R. McCord

Coca Cola should have kept their noses out of this. So, if someone tells them to do whatever, they do it.
What ever happened to having a mind of their own? This makes the company look stupid & canot think for them selves.

ONLYJB1

So much for a rum and coke. Coke has Woke.

Ann H Aschauer

The title of this article should be changed. As it is, it reads as if the GOP lied, when it was Coca Cola. (English teacher 😉 )

Vjklander

Rum and RC

The Iceman

It’s about time someone spoke up. Rid their products from all State properties and fly some different airlines. Three cheers for those who spoke up.

ElenaMar

Never did like Coca-Cola, But did like the MLB, so I will be boycotting them. As much as I looked so forward to watching the games, I will give them up. It is the only way I can feel like I am doing something. Same way that I am boycotting Dollar General, Kohl’s, BJ’s, Wayfair, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Penneys and CVS due to their promoting a boycott against the “My Pillow” man, Mr. Lindell. For shame on them but we can always make them hurt by not patronizing them. Join me and pass it on. The only way we canbe heard.

Seth

Ever since they “suggested” that their workers “Be less white” I have not taken one sip of any of their products.

tunamister

….BOYCOTT …. TELL THEM IN $$$$ & EMAIL..!! NO MORE VICTIMS… SHUV IT BACK DOWN THEIR ANIS THROATS..!!
