On Tuesday, President Trump was indicted again amidst a brewing scandal involving former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter’s alleged influence peddling.

The indictment came just one day after Devon Archer—a close friend and business associate of Hunter Biden—testified that Joe Biden was included on 20 phone calls when his son was sitting with foreign officials to arrange deals.

Additionally, Archer testified that Russia’s Yelena Baturina invested $40 million into Hunter Biden’s real estate ventures and paid him $3.5 million in consulting fees; Joe Biden later excluded her from US sanctions against Russia.

The indictment against President Trump includes six co-conspirators, five of whom have been named by CNN due to leaks from the Department of Justice (DOJ).

This is not the first time something like this has happened. Similar situations have occurred at least six times prior to now, where incriminating evidence implicating the Bidens surfaces followed by an immediate indictment of President Trump.

The seven indictments highlight an increasingly fraught situation between the current president and former president Trump as they compete for the 2024 presidential election.

Reactions to this have been divided along political party lines with Republicans accusing Democrats of partisan politics while Democrats argue that justice should be served regardless of who is involved.

Special Counsel Jack Smith has come under fire from conservatives who accuse him of corruption over his handling of the investigation into President Trump, meanwhile, Democrats maintain that Smith has acted appropriately and professionally while carrying out his duties as special counsel.

There are SIX unnamed co-conspirators
CNN named five co-conspirators that were leaked to them from the DOJ.

Trump’s co-conspirators, according to the indictment reviewed by The Gateway Pundit:

Rudy Giuliani – Co-conspirator 1, an attorney who was willing to spread knowingly false claims and pursue strategies that the Defendant’s 2020 re-election campaign attorneys would not

John Eastman – Co-conspirator 2, an attorney who devised and attempted to implement a strategy to leverage the Vice President’s ceremonial role overseeing the certification proceeding to obstruct the certification of the presidential election.

Co-conspirator 3, an attorney whose unfounded claims of election fraud the Defendant privately acknowledged to others sounded “crazy.” Nonetheless, the Defendant embraced and publicly amplified Co-Conspirator 3’s disinformation

Co-conspirator 4, a Justice Department official who worked on civil matters and who, with the Defendant, attempted to use the Justice Department to open sham election crime investigations and influence state legislatures with knowingly false claims of election fraud.

Co-conspirator 5, an attorney who assisted in devising and attempting to implement a plan to submit fraudulent sales of presidential electors to obstruct the certification proceeding.

Co-conspirator 6, a political consultant who helped implement a plan to submit fraudulent slates of presidential electors to obstruct the certification proceeding.
