The liberal media’s bias was on full display this past Easter Sunday, when NBC’s Chuck Todd used his show Meet the Press to lash out at pro-life activists for triggering a court ruling that denied the Food and Drug Administration’s approval of the abortion pill mifepristone.
Todd was clearly upset at the ruling and attempted to delegitimize it by noting that the drug had been approved since the “end of Bill Clinton’s presidency”.
Todd began his rant by claiming that “The national divide was crystallized on Friday night in those dueling abortion rulings” and then proceeded to criticize pro-life activists for “pushing a legal effort” that resulted in a court ruling.
He then flippantly dismissed the ruling by claiming “there was no actual medical event, no misuse of this pill to trigger this look at the drug. It was simply political activists.”
Todd’s flippant dismissal of the ruling is an affront to the values of life and morality that conservatives hold dear. He seems to think that because the drug has been around for decades, it should be allowed to continue without any challenge. This is absurd and demonstrates the left’s disregard for the sanctity of life.
What’s worse is Todd’s assertion that the drug is “safe and effective”. This is a blatant lie. The drug is not safe nor effective for the babies that it kills. The fact is, a successful abortion is deadly 100 percent of the time.
Todd concluded by noting that “obviously the Supreme Court has to weigh in on this one”. It’s obvious that the leftist judge in Washington state ordered a contradictory ruling in an attempt to defend the left’s abortion blood lust. Todd is pointing the finger in the wrong direction.

It’s unfortunate that Chuck Todd chose to use a religious holiday to attack pro-life activists. This serves as a reminder of the left’s disregard for traditional values and their commitment to the abortion industry. We must remain vigilant in our efforts to protect life and to ensure that our conservative values are upheld.
