CBS Mornings co-host Gayle King recently praised Kamala Harris supporter and singer Taylor Swift, claiming that the show “is impartial.”
However, the mainstream media’s bias has been evident for years.
Here’s how the conversation went:
BURLESON: It was basically saying, go out there and vote. Here`s my opinion on what`s going on.
KING: Yes, she is not telling you who to vote for though.
BURLESON: Yes.
KING: She is saying do your own research.
BURLESON: And we respect that around here.
KING: Yes, we do.
BURLESON: As much as we try to remain impartial.
All right, so there is controversy —
KING: We don’t try to remain impartial.
BURLESON: We do.
KING: We do.
BURLESON: We do.
KING: We are impartial.
According to Newsbusters, King has made significant political contributions, including donating $9,000 to Harris’s campaigns in California, raising questions about her objectivity.
During the same segment, King’s co-host Nate Burleson downplayed Swift’s political advocacy, framing it as simple “voter registration advocacy.”
Yet, King consistently echoed Democratic talking points and took aim at Republican figures.
In a discussion about J.D. Vance, King misrepresented his views, saying, “I actually heard somebody, I think it was J.D. Vance, say it doesn’t matter because she is a billionaire and out of touch. Meanwhile, your running mate is a billionaire and a celebrity as well.”
This remark aimed to undercut Vance, who grew up in poverty, by drawing an inaccurate comparison between Trump and Swift.
King’s lack of impartiality has been well-documented. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, she has a history of aligning with liberal causes and figures.
In one instance, King even supported Charles Barkley’s controversial statement about punching Black people who wore Trump Mug Shot shirts.
Despite claims of neutrality, mainstream media figures like King continue to push a globalist liberal agenda, all while insisting they are fair and balanced.
