The amount of law enforcement agents coming forward with information on the Hunter Biden investigation is staggering. Former Rep Tulsi Gabbard slammed the leaks from any side saying that they are compromising faith in law enforcement’s ability to remain non-political but given the gravity of the Hunter Biden case, some things need to be transparent.

Gabbard explained on Jesse Watters’s show, “Leaks coming from law enforcement agencies are not good. We often see them happening in the lead-up to elections regardless of which party they are seeking to influence. Our law enforcement entities need to be apolitical so that we can faith in the rule of law.

But what we are seeing here is pointing to something much bigger than what Hunter Biden ends up actually being charged with or indicted with or not. What this reminds me of, which is especially important as we head into this coming election in just a few weeks, early voting has already kicked off in some states, is how our democracy was stolen in 2020.

We saw how heads, former heads of intelligence agencies, the FBI, law enforcement agencies, colluding with Big Tech social media companies and the mainstream media decided hey, we don’t want the American voter to know what the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop are because we know that they are more likely to vote for Donald Trump instead of Joe Biden if they actually find out what was there.”

She was referring to a recent post made by Washington Post that claimed agents had offered some inside into what is happening. According to that reports, agents are ready to move today on Hunter:

“Federal agents investigating President Biden’s son Hunter have gathered what they believe is sufficient evidence to charge him with tax crimes and a false statement related to a gun purchase, according to people familiar with the case. The next step is for the U.S. Attorney in Delaware, a Trump administration holdover, to decide on whether to file such charges, these people said.

The investigation into Hunter Biden began in 2018, and became a central focus for then-president Donald Trump during his unsuccessful 2020 reelection effort. Initially, the investigation centered around Hunter Biden’s finances related to overseas business ties and consulting work. Over time, investigators with multiple agencies focused closely on whether he did not report all of his income, and whether he lied on gun purchase paperwork in 2018, according to the people familiar with the situation, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing case.

Agents determined months ago they had assembled a viable criminal case against the younger Biden. But it is ultimately up to prosecutors at the Justice Department, not agents, to decide whether to file charges in cases where prosecutors believe the evidence is strong enough to lead to a likely conviction at trial.”

Other leaks have suggested that Biden will pardon his son and opt out of running again in 2024. Jesse Watters explained that Hunter was reportedly offered a sweet plea deal with zero jail time but refused it. Watters’s intel claimed that Hunter even challenged agents to try him in Deleware, his home state.

That cocky little move, if all the reports are true, will cost the Biden crime family dearly.
