A sizable group of undocumented immigrants arrived by boat in Newport Beach, California and quickly dispersed into a nearby neighborhood.

The approximately two dozen individuals attempted to conceal their identities as they sought refuge in a community known for its opulent residences and conservative leanings.

Newport Beach is an affluent, conservative enclave in Orange County, California.

The exact timing of the video’s recording remains uncertain, but Fox News journalist Bill Melugin contacted Newport Beach Mayor Will O’Neill.

Mayor O’Neill informed Melugin that he is aware of the video and in communication with the Orange County Sheriff regarding the matter.

This is not the first instance of a boat carrying undocumented immigrants arriving at a California shore.

In December, a vessel packed with illegal aliens landed on the beach in Malibu, California, close to the residences of well-known Hollywood celebrities.

Video footage captured a group of undocumented individuals disembarking from a boat onto the shore last Thursday.

Around 25 people were aboard the vessel, which was later abandoned.

According to Bill Melugin’s report, these tactics are typical in Europe but are unusual for a location like Malibu due to its distance from the southern border.

It remains uncertain whether any of the undocumented individuals were apprehended.
