The recent decision by the state Supreme Court to uphold Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ removal of Hillsborough County State Attorney Andrew Warren is a victory for law and order in the Sunshine State.
For too long, Soros-funded prosecutors have been allowed to push their dangerous agendas, but now, thanks to Governor DeSantis, the tide is turning.
Warren’s election campaign was heavily funded by billionaire George Soros, known for his extreme leftist views and efforts to undermine traditional American values. It comes as no surprise that once in office, Warren implemented policies that were soft on crime and put the safety of Floridians at risk.
But Governor DeSantis saw through this facade and took action. He used his executive powers to suspend Warren from his position, citing neglect of duty and incompetence as reasons for his removal. And he didn’t stop there – progressive Ninth Judicial Circuit State Attorney Monique Worrell was also ousted for her dereliction of duty.
In his statement regarding Worrell’s removal, DeSantis highlighted the alarming consequences of her lax policies – murderers and other violent criminals were receiving reduced sentences or even escaping incarceration altogether. This is unacceptable and puts innocent lives in danger.

They claim to be fighting for justice and equality, but in reality, they are only furthering their own political agendas at the expense of public safety.”

But with Governor DeSantis leading the charge against them, we can finally see some accountability being brought back into our justice system. No longer will criminals be given a free pass while victims suffer.
Governor DeSantis is not afraid to take bold action when it comes to protecting the people of Florida. And his recent decision to remove Warren is a testament to that.
But this isn’t just about one prosecutor – it’s about sending a message to all those who think they can push their own agendas at the expense of public safety. The state Supreme Court’s decision to uphold DeSantis’ removal of Warren is a clear indication that there is no room for Soros-backed prosecutors in our justice system.
For too long, these individuals have been allowed to operate unchecked, implementing dangerous policies that put criminals above law-abiding citizens. But now, thanks to Governor DeSantis and the state Supreme Court, their power is being challenged and diminished.
Thursday, the Florida Supreme Court upheld the governor’s decision to suspend Worrell. The court ruled 6-1 that DeSantis had the right to chuck Worrell out of a job, according to National Review.
“We cannot agree with Worrell that the allegations in the Executive Order are impermissibly vague, nor that they address conduct that falls within the lawful exercise of prosecutorial discretion,” the court’s wrote in its majority opinion.
“We have said that a suspension order does not infringe on a state attorney’s lawful exercise of prosecutorial discretion where it alleges that such discretion is, in fact, not being exercised in individual cases but, rather, that generalized policies have resulted in categorical enforcement practices,” the opinion added, according to Fox News.
Thompson continued “It’s time for Americans to stand up against the influence of George Soros and his allies. We must demand accountability and transparency in our justice system and support leaders like Governor DeSantis who are willing to take a stand.”
